Learn to create content, not just consume it! Acquire basic programming skills, create computer programs with loops and events, and write algorithms for everyday tasks.

Coding allows you to create content and learn how to participate in projects like creating your own Google logo and other activities at code.org. Learn how to import your code into Minecraft: Education Edition to bring your own creations to life in the real game to build new worlds.

Using Code.org students will learn to collaborate with others in meaningful ways to investigate different problem-solving techniques, persist in the face of difficult tasks, and learn about internet safety. You will also learn important critical thinking skills necessary to gain a better understanding of computer science to carry over to other subjects.
